Information is available through an Inquiry Menu and Report Menu to include loan histories, paid off loan histories, trial balances, loans reaching maturity, outstanding loans, YTD service fees, list paid off loans, list payments due, delinquency reports, escrow reports, ARM reports, loan balances, and other reports. |

Loan data or transaction history is available for any loan at anytime.

Loans can be accessed using the account number or
online search capability.
|

|
There are search screens that display or print the information required.

All of the information contained in the loan records can be viewed on your PC, tablet, and smart phone and can be saved as a pdf, exported to excel, or printed to your local printer.

You can print custom letters from MAX in Microsoft® Word format.

|

Histories may be printed in short form or extended format.
|

|
Histories are available for a single account, all accounts,
or a range of accounts.

Histories include details of all transactions cash,
adjustments, and disbursements.

Include the date and type of the transactions, the total
amount and the payment breakdown.
